At Ideal Protein Florida, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following items:

  • Food products

  • Supplements

  • Meal replacements

  • Drinks, snacks, or consumable items

All sales of food and supplements are final, including unopened or unused products.

 

Returnable Items (Non-Food Items Only)

We accept returns on non-consumable merchandise (e.g., accessories, equipment, or other non-food items) only if there is an issue with the product.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above
